Today Dr. Wiliams replaced two old crowns with two new ones due to decay around the two teeth. He and his staff are very good at explaining what is going to be done and why.  The photos clearly show the decay.  His equipment is top of the line and it is amazing how the new crowns he makes fit perfectly.  It takes more time in the office but saves another 25-mile trip. I got my implant put in today, and i couldn't be happier! They were so positive and had a great attitude that reflected my excitement. Always letting me know the next step so that i knew what was happening in my mouth even though I couldn't see it. Having an implant keeps me aware of my teeth and my oral health in a new way that makes me excited. I had such a great experience with AJ! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. AJ was genuinely kind, patient, and attentive, and you can tell he really cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. I’m a fairly new patient of Boiling Springs Family Dental and have had 3 very good appointments there - first initial cleaning visit and then 2 for some dental work I needed done. All the hygienists were great and Dr. Williams was very thorough, kind and gentle. He explained every step he was taking and was understanding of my concerns.
